The first incredible thing I noticed about Lynsey during our initial one-on-one encounter was her wealth of knowledge and experience. Then her sense of urgency kicked in as soon as I explained to her how fast we wanted the house to sell. She looked around the house, figured out what needed to be done and we set a time frame. Her constant reminders and prompt responsiveness drove the whole process and within a few days the property was listed! Lynsey is a perfectionist in a positive way.
